"Nester Finn feels more like an airbnb than a hotel. It comprises several floors of a rental apartment building in a converted former office building. PROS are the size rooms you get. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a 2 bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and living area -- very rare for a NYC hotel.
