"The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken."

We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. Manden der tog telefonen var meget uhøflig og smed røret på og råbte, efter flere opkald lykkes det at få instrukser til at tjekke ind. Omkring stedet bygges der og der er ikke meget charme over det.
