The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken.

Etablissement charmant, malheureusement, les chambres sont situés en sous-toit et ne sont pas équipées de climatisation . Il convient d'avantage de réserver un séjour en période hivernale qu'en période estivale .

We loved that the inside of this hotel was made of all wood, it felt traditionally and very cozy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and each room has a balcony to enjoy the evening views. They also have a restaurant on site with excellent food.

The hotel itself was nice enough, though the beds were hard. When we arrived, we were greeted with a piece of paper that was in Polish, so we didn't understand it, but the woman pointed insistently to the 10 PLN sign (we must have owed more than we paid Expedia by credit card). The worst was that they didn't bother to tell us that the only road into the hotel (a muddy, gravel road) was being worked on and we were trapped for ALL DAY!!!! They could have told us and we would have parked further up on the road. If English was the issue, they could have emailed and we could have translated it. When asked why they didn't tell us, the gentleman the next morning just shrugged his shoulders (in his defense, my Polish is minimal as is his English). Since it poured rain all day, we pretty much lost a day of our vacation.

On the way to Morskie Oko

Very nice room in Zakopane mountain stile. Nice bathroom too. The breakfast was overal good but there was not much choice of sweet, one type of marmelade only. A nice brochure with local info is available if you find it yourself (it was not offered to us). Free parking space. The reception does not speak any English whatsoever. Not possible to communicate basic things, impossible to get info on sauna and other services/touristic info. It is not easy to find the place due to the lack of signs on the main street. The street leading there is in a terrible shape.

gorgeous hotel in an overly crowded area

We loved the hotel. On the other hand we weren't so happy with Zakopane. The area is way too crowded and one didn't want to leave the hotel. Only negative about the hotel is turning off the main road onto the small road that the hotel is on. A very dangerous blind curve.

Immer wieder gern!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal mit unseren Hunden in dem Hotel und würden es immer wieder buchen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne weiter, Frühstück und Sauberkeit sind top. Der Stil des Hotels ist absolut gemütlich und zur Umgebung passend eingerichtet. Hunde werden dort gerne gesehen und haben im Gartenbereich sehr viel Platz zum Toben. Es gibt unserer Meinung, wirklich nichts negatives zu berichten.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Pension

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche über Silvester mit vier Paaren. Leider hatten wir wenig Schnee, haben aber prima Alternativen und Tipps von hilfsbereiten Personal und Chef bekommen. Letzterer stand uns mit Rat und Tat sowie super Deutsch in Notsituationen zur Seite (Morgens das Auto fit bekommen). Das Frühstück und die für deutsche Verhältnisse günstige Küche waren sehr lecker. Die Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Angebot der Gartenhütte mit Grill/Kamin haben wir genutzt und einen wunderbaren Silvesterabend verbracht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
