"The staff during breakfast was very helpful and kind. My main concern was during check-in, when I was charged an additional $14.00 per day because my daughter was considered an adult by the hotel. However, when I made the reservation through Expedia, she was booked as a child. The policy between the hotel and Expedia is misleading, and unfortunately, the hotel staff simply charged the additional fee, saying it was an issue between Expedia and the hotel. This created an unnecessary inconvenience...
