In front of the apartment there is a large covered terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sahe. The garden at the front bellongs to the apartment and at the side there is a part of the garden with shared pool. The pool is shared with Apartment Panous II which is on the other side of the building.There is a private parking in the garden.The closest beaches are in Porec, Spadici, Merea beach by Valamar, cca 4 km from the apartment.The nearesr restaurant ( Marina restaurant) and shop are in Kukci, cca 1 km from the apartment.
