The apartments are set on the first and second floor of the house, each with a separate entrance. Just a few minutes’ walk there are cafes, restaurants, shops and ATM. Parking for the cars is available at the public car park at no extra cost.

Apartment Adrijana Poreč 1 on the first floor, has a living area of 80 sqm and is fully air conditioned. The apartment consists of living area with dining room and sofa bed for one person, kitchen, loggia with barbecue fireplace and dining table, two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, a shower/toilet.
