Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Domizil
Für 2 Wochen durften wir ( 2 Familien mit Kids zwischen 12 und 15 Jahren) das Landhaus Topaz unser zu Hause nennen. Wir fanden einen wunderschönen gepflegten Garten mit einer traumhaften Poolterrasse vor. Das Haus ist rundum sehr sauber und vollwertig und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Fotos entsprechen exakt dem Inserat. Vor allem der Sonnenuntergang am Pool vor den Weinreben ist unglaublich :-) Man kann sehr ruhig und privat relaxen und ist aber auch in wenigen Minuten an der Küste oder den umliegenden bekannten Städten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben und einen tollen Bootsausflug vermittelt. Liebe Gabi, lieber Wolfgang die gemeinsamen Abende waren wunderbar ( der Kontakt erfolgte auf unseren Wunsch ansonsten waren die Vermieter unauffällig und nicht störend)

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in toller Unterkunft und Umgebung
Wir durften das Landhaus Topaz für 2 Wochen mit 2 Familien (4 Kinder zwischen 7 und 12 Jahren) bewohnen. Zusammengefasst war es ein ungewöhnlich schöner Urlaub, bei dem wir (bezogen auf die Unterkunft) folgende Punkte als besonders nennenswert erachten: - sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung (u.a. Küche) - abgelegene Lage (man ist unter sich) und trotzdem ist man schnell am jeweiligen Tagesziel (Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw) - Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber und viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen (Ausflüge, Restaurants) - traumhaftes Grundstück mit tollem Pool und schönem Garten Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei den Gerlichers nur empfehlen!

Haus, Garten und Pool entsprechen absolut den Beschreibungen und Bildern des Inserats, wir wurden, wenn überhaupt, dann positiv überrascht! Es ist viel Platz vorhanden, die Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die umgebende Landschaft ist sehr idyllisch. Hier kann man in Ruhe runterfahren, in der näheren Umgebung befinden sich keine anderen Häuser. Einziger Nachteil waren die Mücken. Trotz Mückennetze konnten die fiesen Insekten nicht ferngehalten werden :(

Top Objekt! Alles was das Herz begehrt in toller Alleinlage
Das Objekt hat zu 100% der Beschreibung entsprochen. Es war alles da was braucht. Schön renoviertes Landhaus mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Die Vermieter waren immer vor Ort im Dach. Sie sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke auch für die Weinprobe und die leckere Marmelade. Lediglich eine Steckdose und ein Licht am Tisch im Außenbereich wäre noch super. Gibt dafür aber keinen Abzug

Wunderschönes Landhaus
Das Landhaus Topaz liegt sehr idyllisch innerhalb eines Weinanbaugebiets. Wir (Familie mit 2 großen Kindern) haben unseren Sommerurlaub hier sehr genossen. Der Ausblick von Terrasse/Pool bzw. Balkon ist insb. bei Sonnenuntergang einfach atemberaubend. Die Lage des Hauses etwas abseits des sonstigen Trubels war für uns ein Auswahlkriterium in Coronazeiten. Man ist aber in wenigen Minuten am Meer, bei einigen sehr guten Lokalen, in Porec oder bei größeren Supermärkten. Hier kann man sich wirklich sehr gut erholen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, so dass man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann. Die Hauseigentümer sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: das Landhaus Topas können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wer es beschaulich möchte und trotzdem was erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig
Das Haus ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus mit einem mediterranen Flair, welches zum Urlaub machen einlädt. Nach Porec kommt man in ca. 7-8 min. Auch zum Strand geht es wirklich schnell. Eine Fahrt dorthin dauert auch nicht länger als 8 min.. Genauso gut haben wir aber bei einheimischen Wein die Terrasse genutzt und den Sonnen Untergang beobachtet. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und können es nur empfehlen.

Trotz kleiner Nörgeleien seitens des Hausbesitzers haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Pool mit Außenanlage sehr schön, bei Küche und Wohnzimmer wäre eine Renovierung angebracht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren 2 Wochen als Familie im Landhaus Topaz zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe angelegt. Hier haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Man sollte allerdings immer bedenken dass man unter Umständen nicht alleine dort ist; sprich die Vermieter könnten auch vor Ort sein, da sie eine kleine Wohnung im Dachgeschoss bewohnen. Da wir uns aber in das Objekt "verliebt" haben würden wir wieder hin fahren.

Schönes Ambiente
Wir waren mit 6 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und 1 Komiker :-) ) in diesem schönen Anwesen. Das Haus hat Alles zu bieten, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Poolanlage und der Garten sind sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Die Alleinlage in der Weinplantage ist wirklich schön. Man ist trotz der ruhigen Lage schnell in Porec und an schönen Stränden (Cervar Beach z. B.). Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett, zuvorkommend und in jeder Situation hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!
