- This modern and new furnished holiday home Anamaria is located in a quiet residential area Novo Naselje, only 10 minutes walk from the beach Brulo and at 800 m from the old town of Porec.
The terraced house was completely renovated in 2016 and is located on its own 200 m² of land with a beautiful garden with barbecue walls and garden furniture. Parking is private and covered for 2 cars. In separate buildings on the property is still a holiday apartment for 2-4 people.
The house can accommodate 6-7 people and is located on 100m2 large area, spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture, and bathroom with shower / WC. On the 1st floor are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with balcony, and the bathroom with shower / WC. Air conditioning and wireless Internet are available and included in the price.
