Residence Adelia is located in the small village of Susnjici, near Porec, with the nearest shop and restaurant are only 3.5 km away. On a spacious, partially fenced garden of 4000m2, guests have at their disposal a shared pool of 44 m², parking spaces for several vehicles, a swing for children and an oak forest where children can play carefree. A nice covered summer kitchen with a grill and seating set is also available to guests. The owner lives on the first floor of the house. The yard is located next to a relatively busy road.
Apartment Adelia 3 for 2 persons ,with a 30 m2 living area, is located on the ground floor of the family house. It consists of a living room with a small kitchen and a high dining table for two persons, a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. At the entrance is a nice covered terrace with seating set and a garden view.
