It's not obvious from the pics but the location is not on the beach but is a very easy walk to the beach and town (like five minutes). I was there to see how the lesser towns in Istria celebrate Advent which is a big deal in this region. Small town, big party!

Honeymoon, they had a bottle of champagne and sweets prepared with handwritten notes. When we got lost driving to the hotel, someone came and found us. Absolutely great spot but communication between Expedia and the third party was not good! We spent a lot of time trying to find the apt. And finding the third party that had the key. We loved the spot and the location was fantastic. Just wasted a lot of time trying to get checked in!!
