Advent fun in Istria!

It's not obvious from the pics but the location is not on the beach but is a very easy walk to the beach and town (like five minutes). I was there to see how the lesser towns in Istria celebrate Advent which is a big deal in this region. Small town, big party!

Sehr nette Besitzerin, hilft bei Fragen. Schönes großes modernes Bad und Schlafzimmer, topp Lage, einfach alles perfekt. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, es gibt alles was notwendig ist. Unser Hund wurde liebevoll aufgenommen. Wirklich zum weiterempfehlen

Quiet and comfort resort close to everthing

I had a nice an calm stay for three nights at this peaceful villa in central Poreč. The hostess is very service minded and gave me a warm welcome offering some local ham, saucage and cheese together with a glass of wine while introducing me to the hotel and the neighbourhood. The rooms are fresh and renovated, with a hint of the past in the design and choice of colors and furniture. Good breakfast with available variations of your choice, do try the scrambled eggs with truffels! The surrounding area is very quiet and both the old city/harbour and the beach can be reached by only 5 min walk. A perfect stay for lazy days at the beach and nice evenings with dinner in the old town area.

Bestnoten in allen Fächern!

Wir wurden von der Dame des Hauses persönlich empfangen und bei einem Sliwowitz willkommen geheissen. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind grosszügig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist ebenso exzellent. Wir können Haus und Gastgeberin nur empfehlen.

Stay HERE and be happy and away from all the noise

Wonderful place run by a caring owner who went out of her way to please us. Delicious prepared breakfast -- and she asked my wife if she would like her eggs a different way. Villa Karda is close (10 minute walk at the most) from the center of town -- where the bar noise goes on and on. She gave us a great recommendation for a dinner spot, indicating it had wild fish instead of farmed fish. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. GREAT water pressure and plenty of hot water. (TAKE NOTE!) We would go back in a heartbeat. Very, very good.

Perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, familiär geführt. Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter! Tolles Frühstück, super Lage - wenige Minuten zum Strand und ins Zentrum zu Fuß. Sehr sauber, tägliche Reinigung der Appartements, immer frische Handtücher. Als kleines Extra eine nette Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Zentrum, sehr schön zum Entspannen! Alles in allem nichts auszusetzen. Kommen gerne wieder!

5 Minuten zur Altstadt

Das App. für schlappe € 180,-- ist doch etwas happig, wenn man noch dazu bedenkt das die Einrichtung von vergangener Zeit war, das Bad jedoch top renoviert. Das Bett mit einer Breite von 80cm/Person doch auf der engen Seite. Das Frühstück hat die Qualität von einem 2** Hotel.

Extremely satisfied!

This is a fabulous little hotel with an extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The owner was very helpful in sharing her local knowledge. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. Rooms are large, well appointed, and clean. Great rooftop terrace with nice view of harbor. Easy walk to Porec town center. Highly recommended!

Everything Perfect

Great quiet location on a side street with free parking. Nice helpful hosts and ample breakfast with truffle scrambled eggs if desired. If we ever get back to Porec we would only stay here.

Nice hotel close to beaches and center

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The roof terrace view was great. The neighborhood was quiet and within a 15 min walking distance to the center of town The breakfast was plentiful with many options.

Sehr moderene, blitzsaubere Unterkunft mit Toplage

Wir waren von der Unterkunft vom ersten augenblick sehr begeistert. Die Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und stets um unser Wohl bemüht. Sie gab auch immer Auskunft über diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine Familiensuite deren Sauberkeit und Gesamtzustand nicht zu übertreffen ist. Das Frühstück, klein aber fein mit regionalen Produkten,täglich wechselnd und es wurde auch immer ausreichend nachgereicht. Sehr nett der kleine Innenhof der sehr zum Frühstücken einlädt. Nochmals ein großes Lob an die Gastgeberin, kommen sicher wieder!!!

Toller Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage in Porec

Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Die gesamten Räumlichkeiten sind neu und modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück zeugt von hoher Qualität in der Auswahl der Speisen. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Tolles Hotel.

Prima Lage, ruhig und nicht weit zur Marina und zu Restaurants bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr schön und sauber. Frühstück absolut lecker. Man hat sich Zeit für uns genommen und viele gute Tipps gegeben. Eine sehr schöne und familiäre Behandlung. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
