Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. "At 65 and 67 yrs , we found the climb up to room 8 with luggage difficult. Consider that when booking. Bed was rather uncomfortable, and I believe we were instructed to leave the room as we found - ie-dishes clean but there was no dish tray or towel to dry. Best as a spot for younger people. "We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit."

"It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"
