"We had a wonderful week in this villa in May. The pool area is lovely and a selection of nice outdoor spaces sunny and shady with outdoor BBQ. Inside the villa cool and well equipped. We enjoyed exploring this area of Majorca and the local town had bakery and some restaurants."

It was exceptionally hot and so the enormous pool (about 10m in diameter with split levels of 1m and 1.8m deep, with controlled access through gates, up steps) was great for the whole family to enjoy. "Booked as a last minute break for my elderly folks, this Finca was an ideal spot. Very cosy, peaceful, great pool, veranda and just down the road from the sleepy but historic market town of Petra. Two bedrooms and bathrooms - all very clean. They had wonderful time exploring by car (the beaches are not too far away as long as you have your own transport). They also loved the wonderful restaurants in Petra's square (apparently the town is a bit of a gastronomic gem) and tasting some high quality...

"Initially we were a little worried following the gravel/dirt road to the finca, however we shouldn't have been worried. The finca is set within its own grounds with the nearest neighbour some distance away and never going to disturb you. There is a large deep swimming pool with grass surrounds and a sunbed area. "The villa was absolutely lovely. Very modern, and if you love to cook, it has everything you need! Bedrooms all on 1 level which is great. Pool was in great shape. Owners stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed. We brought our baby and they had a stroller, crib, baby bath and car seat waiting for us. Would return in a heartbeat!"

"Had an amazing stay at Sergio’s house. It is a beautiful property with everything you could ever need. Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. "Superb location walking distance from restaurants in Porto Petro, yet in a natural setting with rural views . Great outdoor space including a private, covered terrace /patio and good sized pool. Mosquitoes were a problem at night. We had no wi fi for the duration due to storm damage but that shoud be soon fixed. Petra and her pets were very welcoming and accommodating and added to the ambience /experience. Oils and teas and some fruit and veg and a bottle of wine provided were most welcome....

"Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Finca und es war schlicht perfekt! Wer die Ruhe sucht, fernab vom Trubel der Touristenorte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Finca sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und die Küche ist mehr als gut bestückt. Es fehlt nichts. Inés ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin, unkompliziert, pünktlich und äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder mal auf Mallorca sind, werden wir sicher wieder in dieser Finca wohnen. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

Das haben wir nach eigener Recherche rausgefunden, denn es passte zu den Symptomen bei uns (Rötungen, Wunde Stellen und Juckreiz am Körper) und das der Pool nicht sauber aussah. Es wurde zwar immer direkt geantwortet und gesagt der Poolmann käme und es läge daran, das es Sonnencreme sei, aber geändert hat sich nichts. Wir haben uns nie direkt vorm Baden eingecremt.
