"Fully refurbished, new, clean room & premises. We were very impressed overall. Friendly staff, plenty of parking. Room had tea/coffe, kettle, hairdryer, but please note no microwave. Maybe some rooms have them? "

"Check-in after midnight was smooth, but unfortunately the experience after that was disappointing. The night staff told me I could check out at 11:30am. However, when I called in the morning to extend my stay, I was told checkout was strictly at 11:00am. When I spoke to the manager, he said that his staff dont know anything and insisted I leave by 11. I believe staff should be properly trained to give accurate information and honour what is promised to guests. To make things worse, when I asked about extending my stay, I was first told it would be double the price, and then within minutes was told it was no longer available. The room itself was okay, but not great. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again."
