My husband and I were so lucky to book the Polish Princess Guest House. Beautiful accommodation, friendly atmosphere and a great location. You receive more than you pay for! Barbara is not only an efficient hotel owner but also a wonderful person who will make you feel as part of her family, provide you with all necessary information about your travel in Port Antonio and help you arrange your day trips.

I was impressed by-the personalized attention by the owner to my specific Keto diet needs. The property was nice , very clean and fully furnished with modern appliances.

Exceptionally relaxing and beautiful extensive water views. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding any assistance needed.

It's a secluded piece of heaven. You feel like you've entered the lost garden of Eden. This hotel is situated in the mountain where you feel like your living in the rainforest and are on an island to yourself. The views are to die for and you feel like a celebrity (even though I've heard there are tons of famous artist that stay here for their studios and exclusivity). I'm an ordinary person that felt extraordinary in this amazing hotel. Floyd is an amazing host and will treat you good. Thanks...

The facility is very clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our trip there. The whole resort is very peaceful and relaxing. We were so closed to the ocean, beach, and nature. We would recommend this resort to any one who would like to experience living close to nature on their trip to Jamaica. Double thump ups!!!

My dad and I went to sky's villa for an event and we were wonderfully surprised by the beauty and amenities of the property. The design of the common areas was lively and the rooms' decor were lovely. We were also pleasantly surprised when the "continental" breakfast turned out to be a full jamaican breakfast. Big up Sky's!! I would definitely book again if I'm going to be in the area.

After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I...

The nicest staff I’ve met! I had a car problem and they all were extremely supportive and sweet. I will definitely be coming back. Super grateful for them!

The welcome drink on arrival gave the experience a special touch. We were awed that the same courtesy was extended on departure 😊. Property is centrally located, quiet, excellent food, cozy room. EXELLENT staff all around! Enjoyed the stay❤️

Clean, friendly and professional staff. Very accommodating and receptive to guest needs. Outstanding service!! Highly recommend!!

This hotel is considered my family hotel because that's how they made me feel everytime I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff they are super super welcoming and I love them all. My 7th time at this hotel since 2025 and I continue to give this hotel a 5 star.

Wonderful stay, great view, perfect for honeymoon or wedding. No TV or radio!

Staying at Jay's Guest House deep in the Blue Mountains was a great experience. It's an opportunity to get away from the typical tourist areas of Jamaica and have an authentic Jamaican experience. Jay has a wonderful family and they make you feel right at home. I would recommend the Blue Mountain peak sunrise hike and buying some of the best coffee I've ever had.

Terra Nova has a charm that many other hotels in Kingston lack. The staff is warm and personable, they will help you with what ever you need.It is ultimately the quintessential go to hotel in Kingston for me. True Jamaican hospitality! If you enjoy Jamaican culinary I would highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Jamaica Palace while visiting the wonderful beaches in the area. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and did everything they could to make us comfortable and welcome. The food was excellent and better than the typical all inclusive hotel. The hotel had a lot of interesting art work. The grounds were beautiful and the parrots interesting.

Very calm atmosphere, staff is friendly and very efficient. I will definitely visit again.

The Blue Window restaurant menu need more selection of food especially Jamaican crusine. Checkin needs to be improve. Too demanding especially when I paid for 2 person in room. The Front Desk was insisting on other person name even when the petson eventually did not make it to the hotel. Concern was about the unknown person may show for breakfast in my case this did not happen. I was the only person that was in my room but the Expedia reservation automatic place for two petson. Too much emphasis...

The staff was wonderful. The waiters/eating area staff needs more training. The room was very clean and a nice view. The young lady that checked me in was the most pleasant representative I've met in jamaica in a long time
