"I really like to stay here every time that I come to work turnarounds by Port Arthur. It’s very clean, the housekeeping ladies are amazing, always making sure you have what you need. The front desk ladies are also very helpful. "

"I thought it was a very nice room but all the amenities weren't in working order, such as the hot tub. They said the heat pump was out on it. I was really looking forward to getting in it, but the hot tub and the pool both were cloudy. The water looked really clear and blue in the pictures online but more like blueish algae in person. Breakfast was really nice and had a great selection to choose from. All in all it was pretty good stay."

"Everything was great except for the breakfast. Cereal with no milk amd waffle maker with no waffles. "

"The hotel was clean and the room was too. The only concern i have was when the maid service left she did not leave us any wash clothes there was only one in the room. My husband went down to the desk and asked for a couple more since there was only one. When we arrived home this evening he was looking at the charges and there was like a $87 charge pending on our statements for a 2 pk of something. I am wondering if this charge is those wash clothes. If this charge goes through i will be calling for an explanation to why this is on our CC statement. "
