"Our host Martha was very friendly and accommodating! She was also able to recommend places around the area to check out after our kayaking trip got canceled. My two friends slept comfortably on the bed and I slept comfortably as well on the futon. The area upstairs fit the essentials with a bathroom and kitchenette in place. We played some of the board games that were there for our use as well. The breakfast included was wonderful as well! Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was spotless. Everything was exactly as described. There were great amenities and plentiful towels. Our kids really enjoyed the home theater, a really unique experience. The pool table was also a big hit. There’s a very spacious backyard with a lovely fire pit and bar seating area. Lots of room to run around and play ball and do art projects. It was really fun to have a water view and the beach access was an easy walk. Clean, fun, toys kept down there, empty except for our family, so very private. We had a large group of children and grandchildren and it was no one felt crowded. Definitely recommend!"

"Ryan is an outstanding host to this truly unique property! We had a group of 10 and the schoolhouse provided plenty of room. The beds were comfy, the kitchen very well stocked, and the outdoor space was immaculate! We will definitely be back!"

"Place was super cute and clean! We stayed overnight for a wedding and it was a perfect landing spot with enough room for a few people. Although we didn't spend muich time in thr cabin, it was nice to have the big dining table, living area, and full kitchen. Definitely would come again!"
