Kitchen is set with dishes, cups, pots, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster and crockpot. New stove and refrigerator as of September 2018. Living room has 2 leather sofas with 4 recliners, a third sofa, love seat, oversized chair and rocking recliner, 60" smart flat screen TV with tons of streaming options. Master bedroom has a king bed, wall mounted Smart TV and large attached bathroom. Bed 2 and 3 both have queen beds, bed 4 has two twin over full solid wood custom built bunk beds and a Smart TV. The large deck has a picnic table, 6 counter height deck chairs with table, hammock and a gate to keep little ones and pets safe from the stairs. Downstairs features an outdoor shower to clean up after coming in from the beach and a foot wash at the base of the stairs. Charcoal barbecue pit, but bring your own if you plan to have an extensive BBQ. Plenty space for parking is available under the house and on adjacent lot. Weekends require a two night minimum.
