The Space:

Bee Bee's Place is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the quiet Cobb's Cove subdivision. Take a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, via private beach access. Had enough fun in the sun? Come back to the house to enjoy lunch on the deck at the high backed table and chairs, or relax on the 2 wooden rockers. And since "It's 5 O'Clock somewhere" feel free to take advantage of the bar area, complete with a Margaritaville margarita machine!



The large, open living area features plush seating for everyone, and is open to a roomy dining table and modern kitchen. Coffee drinkers will enjoy both the Keurig and standard drip coffee pots. Want to cook a family meal? The well-furnished kitchen with modern appliances and a large island/prep area is great for cooking and serving.



And when it's time to wind over 2000 square feet Bee Bee's Place sleeps 10 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, which includes a separate bath tub and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom three features a queen bed, and bedroom four offers 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds with TV. A Jack & Jill bathroom is shared between rooms 3 and 4. High speed internet and an on-site washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.



Downstairs features ample parking, plus a charcoal grill and double-sized picnic table for entertaining. And the outdoor shower is the perfect place to wash the sand away. You'll want to visit Bee Bee's over and over!



No pets allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
