Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Life's a Beach is a newly built 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus a loft home, that sleeps 8. This cozy home is located in The Villas at Roll Over Bay, in Gilchrist. The open concept living and kitchen area will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you would need to prepare meals for your family. The island bar, provides food prep area as well as seating. In the living room, you'll find comfortable seating for everyone to relax and visit. This home is equipped with Wifi so that you can stay connected to all your devices, as well as stream your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV.
Outside on the oversized deck, you will have a view of beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the beach. You will enjoy dining and relaxing on the deck at the picnic table and raised deck chairs. (Not in the Photos)
When the waves start calling, you are just 300 yards from the shore! You can access the beach via walking, golf cart ride, or vehicle. After a fun day playing in the sand, return to your cabin, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and grill something scrumptious on the charcoal grill.

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:

3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
