This BEACHFRONT beauty has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large 1200 square foot deck. It comfortably sleeps 12. The living and kitchen area are wide open with bright, unobstructed views of the ocean. The kitchen has beautiful custom wood cabinets and comes furnished with all the appliances, dishware and glassware you will need. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large bathroom with a glass-entry shower and soaking tub. The guest room has two queen size beds with views of the ocean. The bunk room has 2 twin over full bunk beds. All rooms have flat-screen smart TV's with satellite cable. The large deck has plenty of lounge chairs. (Watching the sunrise and stargazing is our favorite thing to do) The deck is gated to keep your kids and pets safe from the stairs. The downstairs area is fully fenced and features a custom bar with ample seating and an outdoor shower. There is also a charcoal grill and fish cleaning/prep table. It is a perfect place to entertain or just hang out with the family. The yard and downstairs areas are fully fenced for the safety of children and pets. Linens and towels are provided with the house and our cleaning service keeps the place spotless! The house has both ethernet connection and WiFi. External security cameras monitor the property. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach so you are only a couple minutes from stores and restaurants. Fido doesn’t have to stay at home because we are pet friendly, with payment of the non-refundable pet fee!
