"I had an absolutely terrible stay. Check-in took 20 minutes. Then, I got to my room and found the place filthy; dirt in the shower, stained garbage cans, and dirty counters. The water in the room comes out brown for the first few seconds, and the shower, sink, and AC all broke during the duration of my stay. Genuinely the worst hotel stay of my life."

The staff were very apologetic and we actually received 50% off the room rate, when all we asked was to make sure we only paid for the rate for the room we ended up with. Loved the atmosphere in the bar and outdoor seating. Will definitely book again if we go that direction."
