Andover Tropical Oasis - PRIVATE HEATED POOL, DOG-FRIENDLY, FENCED YARD
- Welcome to your own personal oasis with large backyard, covered patio and enclosed pool area. Light & bright with an updated, open floor plan, this is the perfect home for entertaining family and friends! Spend the day lounging by the pool and evenings exploring charming Port Charlotte and surrounding areas. Spacious primary suite with attached full bath. Guest bedroom with work space. Conveniently located to shopping, golf courses, restaurants, and sparkling Gulf Coast beaches.
For security purposes, we have one exterior security camera located at the front corner near the garage and another at the back corner opposite the pool. The back camera does not record during guest stays.
