Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedroom 1 bath , sleeps 6 comfortably Waterfront, tarpon fish right off the dock. Amazing beaches are a short drive away, you can relax in the brand new screened in Lanai . With a wide variety of restaurants close by. 3 amazing beaches are a short drive away. Fisherman Village and the new Sunseeker Resort are 3 miles away. Charlotte harbor Beach park is a seven minute drive with splash pad and pool. Relax by our New pool after a day on the Beach. Bbq grill is available for grilling you favorite steaks.

Place all used linens and towel in closet hamper . Wash any used dishes pot and pans
Set Ac to 78 degrees upon leaving
Store all pool items in pool box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House is equipped with Bbq fee will apply for use please request in advance. Parties are not allowed.
Please note house does have pool If pool is used in the evening please be mindful of neighbors with the noise levels
Smoking is allowed in pool area or carport . No smoking or vaping inside the house at any time

We love the house especially the pool! Kids and us enjoyed it for the weekend. Very clean, host communication was excellent! House is close to the center of town as well. Highly recommended.

My wife and I totally enjoyed the cottage.It had everything we needed in a nice quiet neighbourhood.We loved sitting out by the pool watching the fish jump in the canal.We would definitely book here again if possible.

Floors dirty. My bare feet turned black every day. I had to wash them before putting my shoes on to venture out. Also Food under furniture. Ants in every room. I found a filthy mop & dry mopped the floors. Sprayed for ants. Tried to avoid taking them home. Neighborhood okay. Everything else was OK. Thank you.

Relaxing Stay

We had a very relaxing stay. Everything went smoothly and was very close to what we were looking for out of the stay. Didn't love the location, but the house and pool area were as advertised.

Canal House

Started out ok. The keypad was hard to see especially when the sun was beating on it at check in. It’s perfect for a couple but tough when you have a 21 year old. Bathroom was small. The cleanliness was ok. The cleaning people need to do a better cleaning job. The floors were dirty had to clean them at arrival. There were napkins on the floor under the kitchen table. The listing said washer/dryer but it was locked up and inaccessible. Should have code to get into that in the book. Location was good for us but noisy at night. Can hear traffic. Pool looked nice but we did not use it. It was nice that cleaners and vacuum was accessible so we could clean up.
