"We had a lovely weeklong stay at this home in Gassin, which was even more charming in person. We spent much of our time outdoors, enjoying the pool and surrounding areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the A/C was great for some pretty steamy days, and the kitchen was very well stocked for the large dinners we cooked there and on the outdoor grill. Vincent was quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd love to come back another time!"

"It’s a delightful villa in a lovely position. Communication with both the owners and manager were good. The heated pool was a real plus as the sea temperature was rather cold. This is one of the cleanest villas we have stayed in over the last 18 years of staying in France. Thank you for a stress free holiday - just what was needed."

"We had a very nice stay with our adult children in Giens. Nicole is very nice, but she speaks no other language but French. The house is really beautiful, but needs a ‘little’ update. The toilets don’t flush very well and the shower has bad drainage. There were only two sun beds at the swimming pool for a house of 8 people. There were other chairs but not really comfortable. "The property is large and beautiful in so many ways. It was beyond our expectations and even the lovely photos do not do it justice. There are three separate outdoor areas: the beautiful front entry way where we played pétanque and ping pong, the pool area with the summer house where we sometimes had dinner and grilled over an open fire and the gorgeous back garden with a patio dining area where we ate most of our meals. "Upon booking, the villa appeared promising. However, our stay was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, we noticed overflowing trash bins from prior guests. Despite our expectations, no one came to clear them, leaving us to manage our waste in an already congested space. To our dismay, upon departure, we were chided for leaving trash, despite our efforts to minimize waste and responsibly segregate recyclables. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Minna and Fredericks villa. We have two young children and the villa was perfect for our needs, also we didn’t want a pool and the outside area is safe. The area is quite and the beds comfortable. Each bedroom has aircon which helped. The villa also has toys and beach gear which was a big help with the kids and helped avoid paying for loungers on the beach. We had a great stay!"

"We have spent 2 weeks in February. The house is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It has to be particularly nice during the summer. In the winter time it's a little bit cold, but the owner has provided additional heating. The neighborhood is rather calm, and Grimaud village really wonderful. During the winter neighbors of the house below heat heavily with their fireplace which is quite annoying. Difficult to open the windows to ventilate. It is the reason why I have not put 5 stars...

"We had the most fabulous 2 weeks in this stunning villa in Cap Negre. Having holidayed in the area before we had identified this domaine a favourable location …stunning views, a private beach and walkway to the main beach in Cavaliere.. Jean-Francois was a pleasure to deal with and Ursula the housekeeper was most helpful we have already requested to book the same period next year which says it all really !"

"Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique maison pendant une semaine. Elle est proche de tout (balade dans la nature, mais aussi commerces et plages). Le jardin est clôturé, ce qui était parfait pour notre petit beagle. La maison est très joliment aménagée, tout est extrêmement propre, et il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire est très gentil, et fait tout pour que le séjour soit parfait. Je recommande vivement."
