"We were two couples, my partner and I and my niece and her husband, staying in Toulon for the first time for five days. The hotel is modern, in an excellent location to both the centre of the town and the railway station. The personnel, particularly Aya and Auriane, were extremely helpful and very patient with my awful French and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. One facility which was extremely helpful was a 24-hour lounge area for all the residents where you could help yourself to drinks (teas, coffees etc) and to nibbles and fruit. It proved invaluable and we stay there again without hesitation. Thank you again for giving us such a pleasant stay."

"Simple stay for Christmas holidays, room was clean, breakfast included was fresh and varied. French pastries and bread very fresh and of good quality. Ham, cheese, salami, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, etc.. also on offer. Very welcoming and helpful staff. "

"I'm eating this five stars, but I do have some specific caveats that won't mean much to many people. The hotel is excellent. It's located between the train station and road where many buses stop, and much of the city of Toulon is walkable from here. My main caveat was about the WiFi. It's fast but restricted in some very specific ways, and a little unreliable in poor weather too. For most people this'll be fine, it's good enough to mitigate the dent in your roaming data. But I found myself unable to join audio calls via Discord, unable to to play multiplayer games on my laptop, and unable to connect to my VPN for more secure use. My job is to make trailers for video games, so I don't expect this to affect many people. But if you need to do some work in a laptop whilst here, you may end up bumping up against these odd limitations. With all that said, I'd recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. It's priced like an IBIS but it's a lot less anonymous, with friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. I recommend a room with a terrace, they're not much more expensive than a regular room. I really enjoyed the extra space and the view."
