Quiet neighborhood, stunning villa with amazing view and a jacuzzi with ocean view, perfect to relax after a day on the the fair.Friendly German owner and as expected everything very German: Clean, perfect maintenance and even little signs how to operate the doors, machine etc. Comes with everything from fork, knive to big fridge for drinks additional to the normal one. Siemens/Bosch.I can only recommend.I will definately come...

"The property was in a beautiful location and was charming itself. Unfortunately for us the listing did not indicate that the property has no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot the first two nights we were there (92 degrees). There were thermostats in the property which don't function or if they do, we were not told how to operate these. In addition the shower was not heated, and we had 4 towels to last us the whole week, which was a little frustrating particularly since no fresh towels...

"The house was beautiful! The garden was well kept and we were given everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the ants. They somehow got on to the bed and we couldn't sleep properly. Also, there is no Air-conditioning, but the host provided portable fans that were kind of useful. The kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great to chill. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and cafes. I would recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxed/ outgoing...

"We loved the pool amd the gorgeous grounds. Xisco was very available and responsive. The location was a lovely oasis at the end of each day, and everything on the island is driving distance."

"The home itself is lovely and it’s a great location. The property manager was kind and communicative. The only issues we had were that the house was missing a few basics — including hand soap, dish soap — and there was no WiFi. WiFi isn’t listed as an amenity, so it’s our fault for not noticing that, but I think it should be stated more clearly on the listing as we’ve never had WiFi be unavailable at a rental. (It meant we had to incur extra costs on cell data.) Overall would recommend!"

"Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. "

"Majorca and the Andratx area are well known to us and never disappoint - an added bonus this trip was the absolutely amazing property we stayed in - Volkmar’s beautiful home was stunning: it had every possible thing you need from comfy beds and bedding to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities - lots of space for the number of guests both inside and outside - Andratx town has a real Spanish feel, the supermarkets in town have the best fish counters I’ve come across and we loved the...

"Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....
