"Carmen and Alicia are excellent hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and gave great dining and site seeing recommendations. All their rooms have private baths which are extremely clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the full breakfast was outstanding! We had eggs, cheese and ham, juice, homemade cake and coffee. "Nice hotel, has a certain charm/vintage aesthetic. Breakfast was good, with more traditional American options (bacon, eggs, etc.) than most French hotels. The staff were very helpful and someone even helped us split our king bed into two twins in the middle of the night. The spa is small (sauna, ice room, and a small pool). I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a hot tub. This hotel doesn't have laundry, which would have been great to have (a lot of hikers are finishing the GR10 here)."

"It’s a beautiful property, but know that it’s quite a hike into town and uphill back to the hotel. Great news is that you get to walk off your meal. The place is situated high on a hill and has spectacular views. Our room was clean and modest. The staff is friendly."
