MAIN HOUSE - This contemporary home is open plan in-design with multiple living areas perfect for the extended family. Downstairs is a generous master bedroom with ensuite, the kitchen, dining and living areas, which flow out to the stunning outdoor entertaining space set around the private pool and fantastic sundeck with sunlounges and umbrellas. Upstairs, a family room with wine fridge and bar setup, which leads. out to the undercover balcony overlooking the pool. A second master bedroom with ensuite and two bedrooms with a central bathroom are also on this level.
SELF CONTAINED UNIT - The self contained unit has its own separate entrance and is a perfect couples retreat when travelling with family. Comprising of a Queen bedroom with ensuite, private loungeroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, secure off street parking and access to main house and pool area through a private side gate.

Brilliant for multi generational families! Totally relaxing and wonderful pool area! House beautifully appointed with everything to make your stay amazing!!
This house really exceeded all of my expectations. Our group included 5 adults and 3 kids (6, 4 and 2). The separate (yet attached) self contained unit was amazing for grand parents. The location is right next to the beach, close to a park for kids and a short drive into Port Douglas. You’d need a car to get to town. The house was clean, fully equipped and provided linen and towels. There was also room for our caravan in one of the two driveways. The pool was easy to get in and out of with little kids who loved swimming everyday. There’s a laundry and outside toilet as well. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back!

Seashells was just right for us; as Grandma and Grandpa we stayed in the downstairs master suite with en-suite bathroom; son and his wife and 3 kids had the upstairs in the same section of the house, and our daughter and her husband had the separate flat with their 8 month old. Lovely quiet neighbourhood, beach just 40 metres away through the trees. Would definitely do it again.

They were great to deal with and replied back with any messages I sent. Walk across to the beach and has a great pool area. Not to fare from town centre and the flat was great for my mother so she could come and go at her own pleasure.
We had an incredible stay at this property. There were 11 of us including 4 children. The house plan is perfect for 3 groups within the group as everyone can have their own space - was great for the kids to be able to watch tv while adults hung out downstairs. All bedrooms and shared spaces are fantastic. The pool is great. Location is perfect. Johnny and the team couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive and even came on the weekend to fix the dishwasher for us when it stopped working. Thanks so much for a great holiday!
