  • HANALEI BEACH HOUSE is a well equipped home designed for the tropics with its own private pool which is heated duriing the day in the winter months and free Wifi and Netflix for your enjoyment.

    Located within just a short stroll to the iconic Four Mile Beach and foreshore playground, this tropical villa embodies the idyllic in soaking up the far northern tropics of Port Douglas.

    This beautiful home accommodates up to six guests and caters with a fully equipped kitchen and quality appliances.
    Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, main bedroom has an ensuite with seperate toilet, walk-in shower and deep relaxing spa bath. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions for your enjoyment. Bed configuration is King bed, Queen bed and two singles. Making the house suitable for 6 people.
    Child friendly home with porta-cot and highchair available on request .

    Perfectly designed for the warm tropical weather and balmy nights, this lovely villa is fully air conditioned throughout with timber shutters to catch the sea breezes. The living area opens up with Timber Bi-fold doors to your own covered outdoor alfresco dining area with gas Weber barbecue overlooking the tranquil rainforest backdrop.

    Your own sparkling saltwater pool which is heated during the day in the cooler months to take the chill off the water for your comfort.

    The house is built on a flat level with no stairs within or outside the house making for easy living and suitable for all ages.

    Hanalei Beach House had a very relaxed atmosphere, close by to the beach, park & within walking distance of some great local restaurants, cafes & bottle shop.

    FEATURES & LOCATION

    Hanalei is a free standing unattached single storey dwelling being the rear villa of only 2 on the large block, this lovely home has its own driveway access, undercover parking and plunge pool ensuring privacy. Hanalei is situated in Coral drive a quiet cul-de-sac, there are no main roads to cross to access beach or the local park. There are also some great local restaurants within easy walking distance for those nights you do not want to eat in or drive into town.

    Hanalei Beach House is a fully equipped and is self catering but we do supply general household products and some essential pantry items to get you started. The house is fully made up for your arrival, with fresh professionally laundered linen for each bed, 2 bath towels, and a face cloth for each guest. Hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom. 1 pool towel is supplied for each guest.

    The town of Port Douglas is only a short ( 4 min) drive away when you want to take in the cosmopolitan atmosphere of this wonderful tropical town.

    Explore the local area and enjoy golf, galleries, and gorgeous beaches, or your choice of the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rain Forest

Wonderful winter break.

Everything about the house was perfect. It was clean and quiet, the wifi and Netflix was a big hit with the teenage boys and the luxurious master bedroom and bathroom was a big hit with me! We were comfortable, pampered and relaxed. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive into the beautiful town. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely be choosing this house if we came back.

Amazing Property

Delightful clean modern house with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The photos online do not do it justice. As a family of 5 we had plenty if space and specially appreciated the pool heater as the weather was cooler than normal. Wendy is a great host and would definitely return.

Wonderful Port Douglas accommodation

My family of 4 (including two children aged 4 and 2) stayed at Hanalei for 8 nights and absolutely had a ball! The villa was presented immaculately with all of the small holiday essential pantry and toiletry items. We loved the extras too- Netflix and wifi which was also included. My kids were in the beautiful pool each day and there is also a great kids playground and beach access within walking distance. We are very sorry to be leaving and will be recommending this little slice of paradise to anyone wanting to stay in and visit Port Douglas! Special thanks to Wendy for ensuring we had a lovely stay also!

One of the most well equipped and beautiful holiday houses we have stayed in!

Enjoyed five nights and could have stayed longer in this stylish house surrounded by impressive tropical gardens (including a very sweet pineapple we picked and ate with permission from the owners)! Comfy beds, exceptionally clean, and with both pantry and fridge stocked with some basic items very handy. Appreciated ice blocks also being left for the children! Children enjoyed Netflix and this kept them busy in short downpours whilst we were there. Given the heat they also loved the pool! Wendy very friendly and efficient to deal with and appreciated the call to confirm all ok etc after arriving. The detailed information beforehand on where to eat etc also useful, however we did use the brand new kitchen.

Perfect holiday home

We recently had a wonderful stay at Hanalei Beach House. The house itself was beautifully kitted out with everything we needed - loved the pool, jacuzzi bath and stunning marble kitchen. I thought the home was reasonably priced and great for a couple/family break. Our 2 year old loved the beds (she spread herself out across 2 bedrooms!), books and pineapples in the garden (we checked on them every day). Perfect for the tropics

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanalei beach house, the property opens up to allow breezes to blow through or you can close up with aircon on and be really cool. Loved the pool- we stayed during very hot weather and went in the pool several times a day. Hanalei is very well laid out and has every comfort, short distance to walk to beach or short drive into town very convenient but private and quiet.

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay just out Port Douglas! This property had thought of everything, there was nothing we needed! Excellent place to stay

My family and I loved our stay here for 9 nights. The house was lovely and clean and we all enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Our hosts, Wendy and Paul were kind enough to check that we were comfortable after a couple of days by texting us, and even arranged for the pool to be cleaned after some heavy rains and wind blew dirt in the pool. Dealing with them was a pleasure and so easy. I would highly recommend Hanalei Beach House to anyone, and would love to go back one day.

Wonderful property!

We really enjoyed our week at Hanalei Beach House! The house was well equipped, very comfortable and in a great location to 4 Mile Beach. We really felt like we were in a Balinese resort. The property was clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The private heated pool was great and the owners sent us a very informative email prior to arrival with great tips on where to eat in the area - which was a excellent reference for us as it was our first time in Port Douglas. Would definitely recommend and we will be booking this property again in the future.

Amazing home away from home!

The house was a wonderful holiday house that exceeded our expectations. It included everything that we needed to make our holiday a smooth and comfortable vacation. The little extras such as some items already in the pantry, heated pool, Netflix, Wi-Fi, full laundry (washer and dryer), all bedding and towels, all kitchen appliances, air-con and fans to every room, TVs to every room, BBQ and tools... the list goes on. Amazing property will be back

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at Hanalei. Everything had been thought of and everything taken care of. A quiet location and beautifully appointed. I could not think about staying in a resort after staying here. Thank you so much cant wait to come back

Excellent property, very well set up

Very well set up for enjoyment-quality furnishings and electrical items. Thought has obviously gone into what people might need while on holiday. The owner also provided suggestions for things to do in the area, how to get to local shops and recommended places to eat-all very valuable

Just perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Hanalei. Kitchen was superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need. A beautiful light and airy property well looked after and maintained. Very helpful and accommodating owners.

Delightful property!

We couldn't speak more highly of Hanalei Beach House. Barry and Linda provided every little creature comfort imaginable to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and the house itself was lovely. Clean, comfortable, and even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The plunge pool was a fantastic add on hot days, and we enjoyed making all our meals at home in their very well-stocked kitchen. We couldn't ask for anything better!

Couldn't rate more highly. Fantastic

We stayed for 10 nights with 3 adults and 2 kids (5 &7) the house was beautiful with pleanty of space for all of us to relax. The pool was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was truly a perfect place to relax and unwind. Close to the beach and park with a quiet court location. Would happily recommend to anyone staying in Port Douglas.
