The second bedroom is located downstairs and offers flexible bedding configuration, with built-in wardrobes and a small private courtyard. This room shares the central bathroom, where laundry facilities are also housed for added convenience.

Tastefully decorated, the entrance leads through to the dining and fully equipped kitchen, whilst the sunk-in lounge & living area is accessed via a few steps down. Designed with high ceilings, natural light filters through, giving it a bright and airy feel. A panel of glass sliding doors opens onto an outdoor entertainment space for further enjoyment.
