“Neptune” is in a rare beachfront location on the cliff tops with excellent views of Knight’s Beach to Granite Island. Situated in the historic seaside township of Port Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula, the Hotel Elliot, Cockle Train, cafes and boutique shopping are only a short stroll away. Wi-Fi and Linen Included! Beds made.



The Space:

With wonderful sea views from the balcony, living area and master bedroom, you can also cross the

road for direct beach access to Knights Beach or walk only 300m to Horseshoe Bay and the Flying Fish Café. Neptune is perfect for wedding guests and those seeking a weekend on the coast.



Enjoy beautiful beach and cliff top walks, see whales and sealions, and enjoy fabulous sunsets. Listen

to the waves as you fall asleep.



Downstairs:

Bedroom one includes a queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan, a desk and full-length glass windows to enjoy the incredible view of the ocean and split system air conditioning.

Bedroom two has two king single beds and ceiling fan.



In the bathroom you’ll find a shower, separate spa bath, toilet, vanity and a hairdryer.



For longer stays there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Shared driveway with undercover carport at the rear and free on-street parking is available if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop and family sized fridge/freezer. There’s also a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. All cooking equipment, dishes, glassware and silverware is supplied. The open plan dining area comfortably seats four.



The lounge room is spacious and has amazing views of the ocean. There is a Smart Television and DVD player, along with comfortable lounges and split system air conditioning. Easy access to the undercover balcony with outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy the view and feel those wonderful sea breezes.
