"The property is very nice just needs a little more TLC. The house is missing a few items that people would need, specifically in the kitchen. The house furniture I think needs to be replaced, especially down stairs and could use a little bit more. The house is very charming and would stay there again. Communication with everyone was great. The location is perfect, just a short 7 min walk to the main beach, and right off the main strip with all of its restaurants and shops. "We had an amazing time in Parkhill and the surrounding area. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and LCBO. Our dog absolutely fell in love with the enclosed yard, choosing to spend much of his getaway quietly watching the neighborhood. It is clear the hosts put love into this property. The space was inviting and decorated beautifully. We would love to come stay again!"

"the property was well appointed and well maintained. it was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our time there. lots of fridge space. kitchen was well equipped and lots of seating for our family. there was a high chair for our 2 year old and a crib for our infant. i would highly recommend this rental for a large family or several family members staying together. would consider renting again."

"Lovely cabin and grounds. All as described, well equipped and very roomy. Only negative was the noise from the nearby motorplex which spoilt the peaceful ambience at times. But otherwise very peaceful and secluded. So many bird varieties ( the tiniest humming bird I’ve ever seen)."

"This property has so much potential that I almost feel badly about this poor review — almost. The cottage smelled terrible and it was dirty. We had to clean the fridge and cupboards before storing food. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and there was mold growing on the grounds. "We had a great stay at this cottage on the river. We enjoyed the large kitchen and were able to cook an entire thanksgiving dinner for the five us there. We enjoyed walks down to the beach, sitting on the dock in the sun, and hiking in the nearby trails. The cottage was clean , the beds were comfy and it was a great place to relax and watch the sunset with a glass of wine."
