Cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, broken bed foot, loose electrical sockets, overgrown front garden etc. Maid was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Nice pool! Desk staff averagely helpful. "Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay. 1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them. 2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment. 3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial. Overall a great holiday and I intend to return next year. "
