We usually love this hotel, and really enjoy the hot tub. Although this time we were not able to enjoy the hot tub as it had too much chlorine and it was burning our eyes to the point we had to leave the pool and hot tub area.

Room was clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, during this stay, I was unable to use pool and/or hot tub due to high number of people using the facilties throughout the day and night. However, this is not poor reflection of the hotel/staff. Both mornings, during my stay, only choice for breads was bagels. Also, there were no knives available one morning for spreading butter, etc. and/or cutting anything. Both nights there was a dog outdoors barking intermittently throughout the night.

The room was not ready when we arrived but the desk clerk said it would only be a few minutes. She offered us some freshly baked cookies while we waited. Before I could finish the cookie, the room was ready. Lovely breakfast the next morning.

I loved the staff. All the ladies were wonderful, kind, happy. The breakfast was wonderful and the area super clean. The whole building was clean, quiet. The pool area was clean. The only thing I wish was the hot tub to be better, some jets didn't work but it was clean and relaxing.

We mostly had a great stay. We dtayed on the second floor, and coming right off the elevator, we could smell a musty, almost wet dog smell in the hallway. And getting into our room, it was the same. We didn't say anything to the front desk, and stayed there anyway. It was a bit annoying to smell that, but it wasn't unbearable. The bathroom sink also didn't drain very quickly. We also wished the painters of the outside building weren't painting when we were getting in our romm about 4-5ish pm. We had just got there and were wanting to get into comfy clothes. We had to just keep our curtains closed and not be able to open them. They would get started early the next day. Otherwise, we had really good service at the desk, very friendly staff. We really liked that the bathroom was so nice. We really were happy with the water pressure in the shower, with plenty of spaces to put our toiletries, and a nice surprise of shampoo, bodywash, and conditioner in the tub already! The hot tub and pool were so relaxing. The areas were neat and tidy, and not too far from our room. We chose to eat elsewhere for breakfast, but noticed one morning at 10 the breakfast was still out there!
