"This apartment gave us the best short break holiday we have had to date. Everything was spot on but what made it was the location, and the simply amazing view from the lounge bay windows and kitchen - overlooking Fowey and the river estuary - better than watching TV - with the world going past on water. Coastal walks were fantastic and what a refreshing change to go out on the local town by water taxi. The whole experience was fabulous!"

"I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed "

"What a great place to stay! Check in was easy, Nino popped in just after we arrived to give us the "low down" on the apartment and to also give us some really helpful information about Newquay. Super clean, had all the "mod cons" that we needed. Very much appreciate a king size bed that was so comfortable, which also goes for the twin beds. Great location, just a short walk to the beach and into town. Fantastic view from the sofa and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. Parking...

"Nino the manager connected with us prior to our stay and just before our arrival. He was so friendly and informative.He came up to the suite and showed us around. The condo is decorated beautifully. It was spotless. The photos are exactly what you get. I did have a couple of conversations with Bina the owner prior and she was lovely. We had a great time and would love to return.."

"You receive excellent communications from the host on location and how to gain access to the keys. I was in Flat 4 which had a well stocked kitchen with pans, cutlery and utensils. The lounge area had 2 large sofas and a large tv with access to netflix. I had the choice of either bedroom but the master was superb with a 10/10 mattress and pillows to suit. "This was our second stay in this apartment. The location is fabulous, easy for Fistral and town, with views over the golf course and wonderful sunsets weather permitting. The furnishings are super nice and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Sasha the host is super friendly and helpful. All together, just wonderful!"

"I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
