This beautiful and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in the gated, private South Padre Island Golf Community and a short drive to the beautiful beach on South Padre Island. Enjoy everything this area has to offer and make yourself at home while you are here. This casita offers an enclosed patio perfect to sit out and enjoy morning coffee or wine in the evening. We understand traveling can be a pain therefore this casita does offer toiletries, washer, dryer, beach umbrella, ice chest and bicycles and a gas grill . The master bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed and the Guest bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed the bottom is a full size and the top bunk is a twin bed.

Guest have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding, and wildlife preserve.
