Need fuel or prefer another launch spot? White Sands Marina is just minutes away and offers both a boat ramp and gas service, everything you need to keep your adventure going all day long.

NIGHT FISHING OFF THE DOCK

It’s a favorite spot for anglers looking to hook redfish or seatrout, and the glowing water creates an amazing atmosphere, whether you’re casting a line or simply watching the fish gather below.

KAYAK ACCESS & WATER SAFETY
Guests have complimentary use of four fishing kayaks, each equipped with paddles and adult life jackets, perfect for exploring the channels and reaching great fishing spots. A convenient kayak launch is also available for easy access to the water.

Due to sharp oyster shells in the channel, swimming is not allowed off the docks. This rule is in place to ensure everyone’s safety while enjoying the waterfront.

The home is equipped with an on-demand water heater, ensuring you never run out of hot water, even with multiple guests showering back-to-back. It’s perfect for larger groups who want comfort and convenience throughout their stay.

AGE REQUIREMENT
In accordance with local regulations and HOA guidelines, the primary guest must be at least 29 years old to book this property. Guests under 29 are welcome; however, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of the stay.

BOAT CHANNEL INFORMATION
The boat channel is a shallow-water passage that’s ideal for bay boats. Please note that during low tide, the main channel can be as shallow as 2 feet.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
We ask all guests to treat the property with respect and care. While we understand accidents can happen, any damage, loss, or excessive wear caused during your stay must be reported as soon as possible.


DAMAGE WAIVER
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
