Unwind on the expansive covered deck, perfect for alfresco dining and watching dolphins play in the water. Host memorable family cookouts with both charcoal and gas grills at your disposal and we provide the propane!

This single-story home accommodates up to six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A roll-away twin bed is also available in the closet for additional sleeping space.

The primary bedroom offers quiet privacy with a queen bed and a 32-inch cable TV with DVD player. The en suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and cable TV, and the second bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Watch the sunset over the channel from the covered deck, furnished with ample seating. Prepare a family feast on the gas grill, or launch a kayak and explore the waters. The private dock can accommodate boats up to 40 feet in length, with a nearby boat launch available for added convenience. Enjoy the community`s outdoor pool or take a dip in the year-round heated indoor saltwater pool, both reaching depths of 8 feet.

One of this home`s standout features is its incredible fishing dock, equipped with both over-water and underwater green solar-powered fishing lights. Automatically illuminating each evening from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, these lights attract fish throughout the night and create a mesmerizing glow across the water. Grab a chair, cast a line, and enjoy some of the best dockside fishing and waterfront ambiance Long Island Village has to offer.

As part of the Long Island Village community, you`ll have access to a wide range of amenities that cater to every interest. Enjoy two fantastic pools – an outdoor pool, a year-round heated indoor saltwater pool, both 8 feet deep and two jacuzzi hot tubs. The community also offers a gym, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, an 18-hole golf course, mini golf, billiards, Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, and a fitness room. After a day of activities, unwind at the on-site restaurant.


• Parking is strictly enforced in this community. Please ensure your vehicle completely fits in the parking space.
• The welcome center is available after hours, if guests wish to visit.
• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest`s stay.
• You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
- Please be sure to take your trash to the dumpster before you leave.

As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.

However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary

3. Pets & Service Animals

We strive to keep all amenities in working order. However, no refunds will be issued for temporary outages or issues beyond our control.

Accidents, injuries, or illness

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Events outside of our control

Guests assume all risk during their stay.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations for violations of these terms.

8. Natural Water Hazards - We want you to enjoy the water safely, so please take a moment to review the following:
Our waterfront properties are located in a natural coastal environment. Oysters and other marine life may attach to docks, ladders, and surrounding surfaces.

Oyster shells are extremely sharp and can cause serious cuts

Guests should use caution when in or near the water

Water shoes are strongly recommended

Do not climb on or handle oyster-covered surfaces

Swim at your own risk.

No Lifeguard on Duty
There are no lifeguards at any of our properties.

All water activities, including swimming and fishing, are at your own risk

Children must be supervised at all times

Pool Safety (Where Applicable)
Some properties include access to private or community pools.

Guests agree to the following:
