"A great 2bdrm/2ba loft location in a CC setting. The entry is gated security for added travel safety. The loft was clean, nicely updated and spacious. All the amenities were there for the kitchen, bedrooms and baths. It is on the 2nd floor with a very nice woodlands view from the FR and deck. The host was exceptionally easy to reach with questions. For convenience a spa/gym and restaurant are located on the CC grounds. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area."

"We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday at Kartrite. Our 3 kids had a blast! The property was well maintained. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious. The Waterpark was a lot fun. My only qualms were; I have never had to wait until exactly 4pm to check-in. Having arrived early, we have always been accommodated at other hotels to check-in early and not wait till the very final minute. I wish a map of the resort and itinerary of events and hours of restaurants/activities open/close. In addition to more outdoor options - once Waterpark closes at 7pm, aside from the arcade and a courtyard with no playground set or activities, there wasnt much to do. Also, fair warning - the surrounding area of Monticello & Thompsonville made us feel a bit unsafe. We had to stop at the atm on Broadway and there was a guard for the ATM who said he was hired because people were getting mugged and robbed. Beware. Otherwise, had a great time. Will plan another stay in the future!"
