This stylish waterfront holiday house features three bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite & walk in robe, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed & the third bedroom has 2 king single beds, 2 bathrooms & a third toilet. Modern contemporary kitchen with quality appliances, dishwasher, microwave, spacious dining room & beautiful sunken lounge room, media room, fantastic views from both the main bedroom and the living area, large entertaining deck with outdoor setting overlooking the canals perfect for that morning coffee or afternoon BBQ. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Double lockup garage with internal access. FREE WIFI.

Please note boats are not be moored across the front of the jetty as neighbours need access for swimming.

This beautiful holiday house is just a short walk to Settlement City shopping centre, Panthers RSL club, cafes, restaurants, entertainment facilities and is close by to Port Macquarie's beautiful beaches.

Lovely home and location. Information booklet on connecting to wifi and other property details needed. Camp freezer in laundry as fridge didn’t have one not great. Nor no ceiling fans or aircon expected for a holiday rental in this price range.

My only suggestion would be air-conditioning and heating up and downstairs. plus block out blinds in the bedrooms to allow alittle sleep in and babies to nap during the day. But overall beautiful home. Will will definitely be back
