"This property was an unexpected great find in Robins Bay. Just 3 minutes from the fork in the town. The view of the ocean, the comfortable mattress, the lovely fruit trees and the spacious living room and verandah helped to make our stay a very pleasant one. Aleisha was extremely responsive and her husband Wray and Miss Chunny took care of every detail. "This is really 2 bedrooms and a hallway with access to a basic open kitchenette. Hot water and AC are good and access to beach around the corner is very convenient. Ok accommodations for a night or 2 but def not a "villa" experience. (Take your own towels). Greeter was helpful and pleasant"

"Property was clean, the property manager and Donna were very helpful and communicative, regardless of when we called they responded quickly and were both very helpful with our requests. The location is close to activities such as mystic mountain and dunns river. Also close to restaurants and supermarkets. Location is ideal and always felt safe in the area. "

"Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off "
