"The room was dirty, carpet was wet, trash was literally on the floor the cleaner didn’t bother to pick up previous trash. Pillows had stains on them. This property is very low quality i wouldn’t recommend at all. When u first pull up it feels dirty"

"Very misleading advertisements. Everything in this place was dirty and broken. The two chairs in the room are both broken. The elevator is broken. The towel rack is broken. The pool is filled with algae in the middle of May. There's mold growing in the bathroom. The walls are dirty. There's no sheet on the bed, just a stained blanket that's overdue for a wash. Theres a group of four grown men in hotel uniforms smoking cigarettes in front of the broken front door and "no smoking" sign. The TV in the room is broken. The curtains are dirty and stained. The lamps by the bed is broken and the charging outlet doesn't grip. The coffee machine in the room is broken and a bottle of Sam's Club brand water is $2.00. Theres holes in the walls everywhere. There's a "restaurant" on the top floor, but that's just a single serving of whatever they decide for the day, no options no menu. There's garbage strewn about all over the property. I will never stay at another quality inn for the rest of my life."

"0 stars. I would strongly advise against staying here. I booked this property because the online photos appeared decent, but the actual conditions were unsafe, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented. The property felt unsafe immediately upon arrival, with loitering individuals watching guests and suspicious activity around the motel. In the back parking area, there were visible bullet holes on exterior doors that had not even been repaired. Foul decay odors surrounding property. The first room had a strong mold/mildew and smoke odor, excessive dust, roaches, stained bedding, broken furniture, and large gashes in the ceiling with visible mold and exposed wiring. The pillowcases had brown stains on both sides, and the comforter had multiple cigarette burn holes. Roaches were visible in the room and bathroom area. After I complained, staff showed me a second room that initially looked slightly better, but roaches soon fell from the ceiling. The room also had a missing smoke detector with exposed wires, no proper door seal, and no functioning security latch, making it feel extremely unsafe. I was traveling with my minor child and did not feel safe staying under these conditions. I immediately requested a refund and did not stay overnight, but management refused to refund the charge because I had briefly used the restroom and was in the room for about 10 minutes."
