"We had a wonderful stay at the Houston Marriott Marquis! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The restaurants and bars on the property were fantastic, with great food, drinks, and atmosphere. The highlight of the trip was definitely the Texas-shaped lazy river and pool area. It was such a unique experience and made us feel like we were truly on vacation. The pool service was outstanding as well—attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another staycation!"

"Despite the ongoing construction at UH the Hilton staff ensured that the hotel was super clean and accessible. We had no issues getting around the property, no issues parking, and access to UH was also convenient. Eric’s (on property restaurant) offered a variety of menu items for both breakfast and dinner as well. We will definitely be staying again."

"The picture are very deceiving when I got to the property, the grass wasn’t good. The trash was left out. It smelled like cats have been inside her dogs been inside the house smell like pee in the bathrooms. It had no towels. It was clean but dusty so it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Backyard had big holes that will cause someone having any type of event in the bed to hurt themselves. The front yard is not leveled so anything dealing with having to be flat was impossible and it took for me to reach out to the host in order for me to get some type of response in order to check in check in was for 4 o’clock. I didn’t speak to a host until after four and I had to ask them they didn’t respond until after four when I spoke with them earlier that day yeah it was a 4 1/2 out of 10 ."
