"Very close within walking distance of everything navy pier and grant park, the L was very close nearby so I barely had to uber around. Clean hotel and the restaurant downstairs has great coffee. Parking lot right around the corner for $35 a night wasnt too horrible. Will stay here everytime I come back to the best city in the world"

"The hotel and rooms are very clean! They are a little on the dark and outdated decor side but very clean. Coffee maker and creamer/sugar options the very cheapest and basic. Not a charger outlet on both sides of bed. Staff were all very friendly and check in process quick and easy. Pool was very nice and heated. Restaurant options are good. Hot tub didn’t work"

"I checked in 9/11 around 8pm, when I was greeted and asked for my confirmation, employee informed me that my reservation had been canceled. I made my reservation through Expedia. My initial reservation was for three nights, shortly after making my reservation. I canceled the third night and received a new confirmation from Expedia. Apparently Expedia decided to cancel the entire reservation, although they sent me a new confirmation number. The funny thing is, a minute before I walked in the hotel Expedia sent me an email asking me how the check in process had gone. But the young lady (unfortunately I didn't get her name) working the front desk, made me a new reservation and got me checked in smoothly. Thank you to her."
