"Loved this place and plan to return. Highlights included the wood fire, instant hot water, the coffee machine, the front and back decks for a cuppa, rainwater, well stocked kitchen, quiet street and secure back yard for our dog. Also used some spices and oil and tea bags provided. Highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. The front of the house deceives the jewel that is within.There was plenty of comfortable beds for our group and the open plan kitchen and two sliding doors that open onto the patio provided a picturesque view of the ocean and island beyond. The setting is beautiful and we would definately stay here again. Thank you for making it available for rental.The beach, however, is not recommended for swimming as there are rocks all along the foreshore and in the shallows. Also, the township is tiny with very few shops and only a corner store open when we were there. It is a must to bring your own supplies, which can be bought at one of the larger towns. The hotel is very popular and the meals were highly recommended. Sadly, despite the sign saying it would be open, the very affordable Marine Museum remained closed while we were at Port Victoria.We highly recommend this rental accomodation."

"We had a wonderful stay at Classic Shack this weekend. The location is absolutely perfect ā right next to the sea with beautiful views and such a relaxing atmosphere. The shack was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. We would happily stay again!"

Everything was very clean and it's a great location right on the beach.We had an issue with the kettle, let the property managers know and they had a replacement kettle delivered to us the next day. That level of service certainly exceeded my expectations! I'm currently recovering from a broken ankle and on a mobility scooter. I found this property easy to navigate around in, plenty of room and no steps."
