"Perfect location. We parked our car on the street and were able to walk to wonderful restaurants each night. but the real differentiating factor was Susan the manager. Her friendly manner made us feel immediately at home. She even anticipated our need for things like a fresh ice bucket. I would not stay any place else in Fredericksburg."

"What a nice spot to unplug and relax! Waterfront property in a super quiet neighborhood. Hosts live next door; friendly and helpful, excellent communication. House was spotless, bed and furniture was comfortable, kitchen was all set up, spacious bathroom. There is a great screened porch that we spent most of our time on. Lots of wildlife to watch. "The property is easy to access and the house is filled with natural light from the huge windows. It’s a wonderful getaway if you want to unplug and enjoy a cozy few days of quiet. We found a waterfront Mexican restaurant nearby and walked to the winery next door. It’s very clean and the host is very responsive if you have any questions. Loved drinking coffee on the deck while enjoying the peaceful pond view. Left relaxed and refreshed!"
