"Overall very pleased. Seemed like a lot of money for the property but I guess that’s what waterfront cost. House was very clean and well equipped. Loved the mini-splits in each room. The only reason I gave “cleanliness” four stars is because the outside trash can had a bunch of trash the smelled horrible and the recycling container also had trash in it. Michelle was great and very responsive. There’s a great market on the island but very few dining options and no fine dining. Very cozy...

"This property exceeded any expectation I had. The view really is picture perfect. The deck is amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. The inside is equally impressive - beautiful decor, big kitchen with all you need, huge TV! We can’t wait to go back. "

"The house was absolutely amazing, very clean, spacious, and we were able to find everything that we needed for the stay. Plenty of linen, towels, kitchen utensils/dining ware. The lake and views exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of activities for the family at the lake with paddle boards, a paddle boat, and kayaks with life jackets for all available. "Everything. I mean everything was perfect. We saw swans, ducks, and even sn alligator gar for you fishing lovers. The River was beautiful. The host very responsive. The house very-well appointed. Nothing missing. They even had art supplies for our rainy day. Highly recommend this water-front house."

"The Blue Heron Cottage was an excellent stay for my family. While small, the property was big enough for us and two kids. The cottage itself inside was pretty new all around. The only thing that needs updating would be the shower. Full kitchen with oven and fridge was nice. Beds comfy. Property good for kids and a dog if you have one. The best part was the location. A block from the bay and three from the river. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!"

"Everything was perfect! Having a boat dock in backyard was awesome! Our hosts were awesome and very accommodating! Really didn’t need anything extra! To wake up walk out into screened porch for morning coffee and watch nature was perfect! We will definitely be back! "
