"I asked for clarification on which room when I booked. Never got a response except the standard thank you response. The ice maker stopped working while there. The shower was cold the first morning and when I notified them, they said it must be user error and I had to ask 3 times for someone to come and look at it. The room was dusty and had fingerprints all over the TV and a broken cord hanging down from the TV. I’ve never left a bad review in all the years I’ve used VRBO. I always give...

"This was our 2nd stay at this property so there we no surprises. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for a larger family. It has everything you need and is close to Beaufort. "

"Hidden house amongst trailers that has a cozy country vibe. The house was very clean and spacious. Overall good stay. The host was very effective in his communication and very helpful during our stay if we needed anything. The only downfall which wasn’t too bad was not having a tv in each room and the roosters waking you up early in the morn. So, if you can tolerate that it’s perfect! Would book again."

"Interesting property in a great location. Good job of keeping true to the original property but providing a modern bathroom and shower."

"Beautiful setting, everything you need inside, not a private location, another small "cabin" behind it sharing the yard area and very close. A second cabin within sight of this one, all three using the same driveway. "

"Such a fun getaway and certainly a hidden gem! My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed our time. The views, the seclusion, the thoughtfulness of everything. We loved the outdoor shower and the bath with a view. We had such a memorable time here and will be back for more adventures here. Thanks so much Donelle!"

"This trip ended up being way easier to plan than I expected. Getting to the island was super smooth, and honestly starting everything with a boat ride just felt so fun and magical.Josh (the concierge) was amazing—he helped us with everything and made the whole trip feel stress-free.The island itself was perfect. We loved how private it felt but there was still plenty to do and explore. It made such a fun girls trip, and we’re already talking about coming back. Would definitely recommend!"
