"The housekeeping, and the chef were amazing. The shower, light was not working. They was no AC. The pool was not clean. By the way for the AC they provided us 2 fans and the middle of the night the all of the light went out. From the entrance until you reach the receptionist they was no light at all. I was supposed to stay for nights but i only stay for 1 night. The only reason we stayed for 1 night because we arrive around 8pm. I spoke to the receptionist about improving the this hotel. "The property is under another management. The name is changed. It no longer "villa Orphee" it is now " le parisien". Dont book this property. They changed me twice. "

"I didn’t like that I was not told that I had to walk 15 minutes up a hill to get to our room. I have a lung condition so it was not good for me to do that. Once we got to the room we couldn’t go anywhere because we would of had to walk back down the hill then back up again. If I was told that we had to do this I would of never booked it. I liked the staff, they were all very attentive to our needs. "
